See your screen-time habits — honestly, and on your terms
Screen Time turns the usage your phone already records into a clear picture of your day and week — the good patterns and the ones worth a second look — without judging you and without watching anyone else. See it all for free; add a daily limit and bedtime or focus schedules on Pro and Family.
Illustrative preview — a look at the interface.
The problem
It’s easy to lose an evening to a phone and never notice the pattern. Most usage screens are buried, hard to read, or framed to make you feel bad — and none of them help you actually change anything.
How it works
Screen Time reads Android’s own usage figures, with your permission, and lays them out plainly: today, your week, your busiest apps, and a short read on your habits. When you want to set boundaries, NexGuard hands you to Android’s own Digital Wellbeing — it reminds and shows, it never silently blocks an app for you.
How it works
Screen Time, step by step
Grant access
You turn on usage access once, and everything is read on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you switch on dashboard sync, which sends daily totals only — never which apps you used.
See your day & week
A readable view of today, a seven-day chart, your top apps, and late-night time — all computed on the phone.
Read your habits
Plain, non-judgemental notes: what’s improving, and the one app or time-of-day worth a look.
Set boundaries
Set a daily limit and bedtime or focus windows — enforced by Android’s Digital Wellbeing, which NexGuard opens for you. Free, like the rest of this screen.
What you’ll get
Built the NexGuard way
Your busiest apps, free
Which apps took your day, longest first, read on your device and on every plan — the question people open this screen to ask.
Habits, not shame
Short, honest notes on what’s getting better and what to watch — never a guilt-trip and never a fabricated “score”. Part of Pro & Family.
Limits & schedules
Add a daily limit plus bedtime and focus windows — handed off to Android’s own controls, never a fake blocker. Part of Pro & Family.
Privacy first
Designed to protect, never to snoop
Screen Time reads only your own phone’s usage figures, only after you grant usage access, and it can never see another person’s phone. It reads which apps ran and for how long, never what you typed, saw, or sent inside them. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on dashboard sync, and then it is one row a day — the date, your total, your late-night time and your longest session — so the same chart can appear on the web. Which apps you used is not in that row and there is no endpoint that would take it.
