These terms are the agreement between you and Nexonix Systems for using NexGuard. We’ve kept them readable. Using NexGuard means you accept them.
This document is written in plain language for clarity and reflects how NexGuard actually works today. It is a good-faith template and not legal advice — have it reviewed by qualified counsel and localized for your jurisdiction before you rely on it in production.
Eligibility & age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use NexGuard. Where applicable law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. By using NexGuard you confirm you meet this requirement and can form a binding agreement.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
What NexGuard is — and isn’t
NexGuard helps you understand and improve your device’s security posture. It provides tools and information; it is not a guarantee of security and cannot make you “unhackable.” Scores and recommendations are computed by deterministic engines and are informational. You remain responsible for your own security decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree to use NexGuard lawfully and not to misuse it. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful in your jurisdiction. See our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Plans, billing & cancellation
NexGuard offers a free plan (no card required) and paid plans (Pro, Family) purchased through Google Play. Billing, renewals, refunds and cancellation are governed by Google Play and our Billing Policy and Refund Policy. Paid plans renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled in Google Play.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you store in NexGuard. Passwords, logins and authenticator secrets are sealed with a key held only on your phone, so we cannot access or recover them — you are responsible for keeping your own access (device lock, recovery codes) secure. Photos, videos, documents and notes stored under the hosted key are ones we are technically able to decrypt, which is what lets them open on the web dashboard; see the Privacy Policy for what that means in practice.
Intellectual property
NexGuard, its website, design, and content are owned by Nexonix Systems and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works of our software or proprietary content except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers
NexGuard is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every risk. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexonix Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data you did not keep your own backups of. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using NexGuard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, paid access ends per Google Play’s rules and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Availability of features
NexGuard is an Android application. Features, limits and availability may vary by platform, device, operating-system version, region, account type and subscription plan, and may change as the product evolves. Some capabilities depend on your device or on services (such as Google Play) outside our control.

Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. The agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Nexonix Systems operates in, to be finalized with counsel. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
