NexGuard is a security tool. Use it to protect yourself — not to harm others or the service. These rules keep NexGuard safe and reliable for everyone.
This document is written in plain language for clarity and reflects how NexGuard actually works today. It is a good-faith template and not legal advice — have it reviewed by qualified counsel and localized for your jurisdiction before you rely on it in production.
You agree not to
- Use NexGuard for anything unlawful, or to store, process or distribute illegal content.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data, or to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service — except as expressly allowed under our responsible disclosure program.
- Abuse automated access, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or entitlement checks.
- Upload malware, or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment, or surveillance of others.
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service or its proprietary content as your own.
Security research
We welcome good-faith security research under our responsible disclosure policy. Please don’t access data that isn’t yours, degrade the service for others, or run high-load automated scans. Report findings to security@nexonixsystems.com and give us a reasonable window to fix before disclosure.
Enforcement
Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account, and where appropriate, referral to authorities. We’ll act proportionately and, where we can, give notice.
