Solutions FAQ

Common questions about who it’s for

Is NexGuard for businesses or for individuals?
NexGuard is built for individuals and households — not enterprise fleets. There’s no admin console or device-management layer. It’s one person (or a family) taking their own digital safety seriously, with a clear score and plain-language fixes.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
No. NexGuard turns scattered Android settings into one readable score and a short, ranked list of fixes written in plain language. The AI assistant can explain any result if you want more detail — but it never makes the decision for you.
I mostly want to protect a few private files. Is that enough of a reason?
Yes. Many people use NexGuard primarily for the vault — private notes, documents and photos encrypted on your device before they are sent, so we hold ciphertext we cannot read. The one thing that changes that is turning on web access, which seals new photos, documents and notes with a key we hold so the same items open on your dashboard. It is off unless you turn it on, and we tell you which items came in which way.
Can one account protect my whole family?
Yes. The NexGuard Family plan includes a shared household dashboard — one place to see everyone’s posture, while each member keeps their own private account with their vault and data private to them.
